Visualization engineer

iPerform is a Data & Analytics player that assists its clients on the road to digital intelligence. The amount of data generated today is growing exponentially. We transform this data into useful information for our clients and are involved in the entire process from roadmap to post-implementation care.

We are seeking a medior consultant to join our data & analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for the creation of data sets and dashboards that meet business requirements as part of the setting up of a customers’ data platform.

Your visualizations will allow the users to understand their data better and will tell a story about what the significant insights are, show trends, helping to understand the bigger picture.

Profile

Experience & education

  • You have a couple of years of experience as a BI consultant and experience in one or more data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Cognos or Qlik
  • You have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a Business / IT direction or equivalent through experience

Technical skills

  • SQL has no secrets for you
  • You’re an expert in data visualization, creating reports and dashboards
  • Knowledge of data engineering and data warehousing (Kimball modelling) and general view on cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, Snowflake etc.)

Soft skills

  • You are communicative, motivated and reliable
  • Problem solving and proactive thinking are not a problem for you
  • Team player, but also able to work autonomously
  • Your great adaptability enables you to switch smoothly to new customers and projects

Other competences

  • You enjoy crafting attractive dashboards and have a keen eye for layout details
  • Ideally, you can communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English
  • Agile, Scrum and DevOps methodologies are familiar to you
  • You are in possession of a driver’s license B. Our offices are in Kontich, our customers are mainly situated in the triangle Brussels – Antwerp – Ghent
