Data business analyst

iPerform is a Data & Analytics player that assists its clients on the road to digital intelligence. The amount of data generated today is growing exponentially. We transform this data into useful information for our clients and are involved in the entire process from roadmap to post-implementation care.

We are seeking a medior consultant to join our data & analytics team. In this role, you will work on projects analyzing the business needs and gathering the data requirements to set up a data platform.

You will bring immense value to organizations by supporting them to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. Your expertise helps identify key trends, improving operational efficiency and uncovering growth opportunities. By providing clear analysis, you ensure stakeholders understand and leverage information effectively. Your analytical skills empower informed, evidence-based decisions, enhancing overall performance.

Profile

Experience & education

  • You have a couple of years of experience as a BI analyst or data analyst
  • You have a bachelor’s / master’s degree in a Business / IT direction or equivalent through experience

Technical skills

  • SQL has no secrets for you
  • Knowledge and expertise in multidimensional modelling (Kimball)
  • Experience with Data Vault modelling, Data Mesh / Data products and Data Fabric is a plus

Soft skills

  • You are communicative, motivated and reliable
  • Problem solving and proactive thinking are not a problem for you
  • Team player, but also able to work autonomously
  • Your great adaptability enables you to switch smoothly to new customers and projects

Other competences

  • Ideally, you can communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English
  • Agile, Scrum and DevOps methodologies are familiar to you
  • You are in possession of a driver’s license B. Our offices are in Kontich, our customers are mainly situated in the triangle Brussels – Antwerp – Ghent.
